Brushset: Stipple / Dissolve

I created this collection of brushes to handle various different uses. I use these on stylized / anime art to add glare to outfits (such as pantyhose) on a character. They also work great as stars if you're looking to create space themed artwork, and they also work great for skin. Pretty much I use them to add various effects to my artwork and give it extra depth.

Some artists create these effects using the "Dissolve" mode in Photoshop / Clip Studio Paint. Instead of using Dissolve, I decided to create brushes that mimic the effect, but with a lot more control over the opacity, and being able to fade / blend without going back and forth between colors.

When I apply this effect, I also like to do it gradually, and not pile on a bunch of the effect at once. With these brushes, I have more control over just how much I add.
